Every time I'm in Santa Cruz I stop by and get The Wasabi. It's perfect every time. My only complaint is that they don't have a place in Monterey.

We had been curious about this place after passing by a few times, and since we've had our fair share of sweet greens, tender greens and the extensive list of salad places, we opted to try this place. We got the ahi tuna amongst two other bowls and they were top tier quality ingredients, very fresh, nice textures, and more flavorful than sweet greens and tender greens. Highly recommend.

Yummy and great service! Honestly, I'm shocked it's all organic produce and organic chicken. They had me at hello with this level of goodness! I really appreciated that they let me swap a couple of things in one of the salads. They also let you build your own. My eyes lingered on the turmeric dressing, of course, but the soul dressing went perfectly with my selection. I'll need to return to explore the menu more. Clearly. Final thoughts? Run don't walk and have a salad here at least once per week. Does your whole body good. Say hi to the nice folks there. They're lovely!

There is a great selection of salads. The veggies are super fresh and I adore the housemade croutons. The service is prompt and everyone is quite friendly .

Definitely a salad lovers must try spot! It's like a gigantic salad bar full of every fresh, organic ingredient you could want. Super clean inside and everyone that works there is very kind and attentive. You can either create your own or choose one on the menu. The salad options on the menu are all absolutely delicious. I love the Aptos with feta cheese.

Delicious , fresh, nutritious and fast. This is a special establishment. I travel nearby for work every month and always make a pit stop here no matter what. I would probably go pretty far out of my way to stop here for a healthy lunch. They had figs on the menu today...major bonus All other salad bars pale in comparison Others should take note This place rocks!!!!

What an awesome spot! First time here from LA and loved the salad from here and I mixed their drinks together with some lemonade and woooow. Definitely coming back again!

The FRESHEST salad I've ever had in my ENTIRE LIFE. I've been here several times and every time every single piece of produce is fresh and so tasty! The portions are generous My go-to is the Aptos, but I ask for no kale, no bacon, add mango.

Great place to grab a salad. Parking is right up front off Soquel. There was only a spot or two open at lunch but we were able to snag a spot. Inside is like an assembly line. You can either pick a salad or make your own and go down the row of toppings. The staff is very friendly and patient, and they will accommodate your order as best they can. Salad is pretty decent as well! The Santorini and the Aptos I tried were well balanced with all the toppings. Generous with meat as well which is always a plus. We got it to-go and ate on the cliffs. I recommend getting the salad tossed by them if you are getting it to go and eating right away. Will be back!
